Bilingual business sites, online stores and web applications built and hosted in Qatar

Noor Digital has delivered websites, brands, campaigns, print and photography for more than 500 Qatari companies since 2016. Much of it is for government, banking and semi-government clients who do not permit a supplier to publish their work, so this page shows the disciplines and names the clients who agreed, and project examples in your sector are sent on request.

5 short reads, there when you want the detail.
Noor Digital would rather show delivered projects than concepts, and does so in a meeting or over WhatsApp: live websites, brands in use, campaigns that ran, and photography shot on location in Doha.
Noor Digital publishes only what a client is content to have published. Government entities, banks and semi-government companies often cannot have a supplier's work shown outside a tender submission.
Noor Digital sends live URLs rather than screenshots: a portfolio grid is a design exercise, a live site is evidence.
Noor Digital publishes a figure only where the source can be shown. Percentages that arrive without a screen, a date range and a definition of what was measured are decoration.
Probably. The honest way to find out is to send the closest thing you have to a brief. Noor Digital works with companies of every size in Qatar, from listed institutions in West Bay to a single shop in Al Wakrah.
Noor Digital's named clients, listed on this page where each has agreed to it, sit in government, banking, energy, healthcare and media. The unnamed majority are small and mid-sized Qatari businesses - retailers, clinics, contractors, restaurants - and they account for most of the work in any given month.
Noor Digital asks the client first, every time. Where a reference is agreed you get a direct introduction rather than a curated quote. Where it is declined, which is common with government and bank work, Noor Digital will tell you rather than produce an anonymous testimonial that proves nothing.
Noor Digital publishes results it can evidence: ad account reports, analytics across matching date ranges, ranking history. Figures without a verifiable source do not go up. If a number matters to your decision, ask in a meeting and Noor Digital will open the account it came from.
Yes. Noor Digital builds Arabic and English versions of the same site with real right-to-left layout rather than mirrored styling, and designs bilingual logos, profiles and print. Ask and you will be sent live Arabic pages to open on your own phone, which is the only test that counts.
No. Noor Digital works with single-branch businesses in Al Wakrah and Lusail as often as with institutions in West Bay. Scope and approval chains differ between them; the way a project is scoped, priced and built does not. Small does not mean a template.
