Business websites
Design, build and launch in Arabic and English, scoped page by page.

Noor Digital builds and looks after the websites Qatari businesses run on, from a five-page company site to an online shop or an internal portal. This page explains what each service covers and which one you need. Every one is scoped in writing and quoted against that scope.

Websites we designed and built.

Noor Digital divides web work into six services, and most enquiries are exactly one of them. If none fits, describe the problem instead - plenty of 'we need a new website' enquiries end as a fortnight fixing a broken contact form.
Noor Digital runs all six the same way, differing only in what gets specified: a page list, a document of screens and rules, or a catalogue with payment and delivery. The specification is written first and the quotation fixed against it.
Noor Digital builds Arabic on every service here, and what it involves changes with the service rather than the page count. It is quoted as its own line, never folded into a page rate, and not an automatic yes.
Noor Digital has worked from Doha since 2016 for more than 500 Qatari companies - Shell, Nestlé, Sidra Medicine and Gulf Times, down to single-branch businesses in Al Wakrah needing four pages and a contact form that arrives.
Noor Digital starts with the problem, not the product. Tell us what is not happening - no enquiries, a site nobody can update, an order process running on WhatsApp - and the scoping call turns that into a page list you can price. No charge for the conversation.
Yes. Noor Digital regularly inherits sites, provided you can supply hosting and domain access. We audit what is there and say plainly whether it is worth keeping, improving or rebuilding. Sometimes the answer is that the site is fine and the money belongs elsewhere.
Yes, on Qatari servers, and Noor Digital registers the .qa domain and sets up business email at the same time. One supplier then holds the domain, the hosting and the site, so a page that stops loading on a Friday afternoon has one number to call rather than three.
Yes, and the In-Country Value certificate is on file for tender submissions. Noor Digital has delivered web work for Qatar Central Bank, the Ministry of Municipality and Invest Qatar, so tender documentation, staged approvals and review chains through more than one department are a normal part of the schedule.

Tell us what is not working, what needs to launch, or where growth has stalled. You will hear from the Doha team directly.
