How to apply

Four steps, no forms.

  1. 01

Send work, not just a CV

A portfolio, a repository, a campaign you ran. Two or three pieces you can talk through beats a long list of tools.

  2. 02

    A short call

Twenty minutes on what you have done and what you want to do next. No panel, no puzzle questions.

  3. 03

    A paid task

A small, real brief close to the work itself, paid at our day rate. We do not ask for free speculative work.

  4. 04

    Meet the team in Doha

You see where you would sit and who you would work beside, then we both decide.

There is no roster of open roles on this page. Noor Digital hires when the work needs a person, so send your portfolio whenever you are ready and it will be read.

Web development, design, marketing, photography and video, and business software implementation

Portfolio over CV

Show what you made and say which part was yours; three pieces beat a CV

Arabic and English writing or design is useful on almost every project Noor Digital runs

A real task, not a puzzle

The practical stage is drawn from the work the role involves, and it is small

How your data is held

01

What roles does Noor Digital hire for?

Noor Digital hires into the disciplines it sells, in Doha: web developers, designers working in Arabic and English, marketing people who can run a Google Ads account, photographers and software consultants.

  • Open roles appear here when they exist
  • No standing list of aspirational job titles
  • A short page is accurate, not neglected
02

How does Noor Digital hire?

Noor Digital reads the work before the CV: what you made, which part was yours, and why.

  • A first read of your portfolio, and a reply either way
  • A call through two or three pieces
  • A small task from the real work, never live client work
  • A meeting with the people you would sit beside
03

What should an application include?

Noor Digital needs a link and five lines, and almost nothing else:

  • A link to work that opens without a login
  • One line per piece on what you did
  • Which languages you write or design in
  • Whether you are in Qatar, and whether your permit transfers
  • What you want to be doing here
04

What is the work actually like?

Noor Digital is a client-facing agency in a small market: you meet the client, not only the brief, and one person often carries a project to launch.

  • Much of the work is bilingual, so Arabic layout is daily
  • Hours move in Ramadan and the day sits later
  • December fills up because National Day work lands at once

A few useful answers.

Ask us directly
01

Are there open roles at Noor Digital right now?

Noor Digital lists open roles on this page. If nothing is listed, nothing is open at the moment. Portfolios sent when there is no listing are read and kept, and you will hear back when a role matches your work rather than as an automatic acknowledgement.

02

Do I need to speak Arabic to work at Noor Digital?

No. Noor Digital works in Arabic and English, and many roles run in English. Arabic is a real advantage in design, copy and client-facing work, because most projects here ship in both languages and checking Arabic layout is a daily task rather than an occasional one.

03

Does Noor Digital hire graduates or students?

Noor Digital reads applications from graduates and students and judges them on finished work rather than years. There is no standing internship programme announced on this page, so the strongest approach is to apply to a listed role and show three pieces you genuinely completed.

04

What happens to my CV and portfolio after I apply?

Noor Digital holds applicant details under Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016, uses them for hiring only, and does not pass them to anyone else. Ask for your application to be deleted and it is removed. Nothing is added to a marketing list.

05

Can I apply from outside Qatar?

Noor Digital accepts applications from outside the country and assesses them on the same basis. Say where you are and what your situation is, because relocation and residency add time to a hire and both sides are better knowing that at the start than at the offer.

Let your work introduce you.

No open roles listed does not mean no role. A portfolio sent today is read and kept.
