What this policy covers
noor.qa, and any enquiry that reaches Noor Digital by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Noor Digital Technology collects personal data through this website and its WhatsApp, phone and email lines, and handles it under Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016. This page sets out what is collected, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
noor.qa, and any enquiry that reaches Noor Digital by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Write to [email protected]; a person answers, after checking who you are.
Effective 19 September 2026. Controller: Noor Digital Technology, Doha, Qatar.
Noor Digital collects what you give it, plus a small amount your browser sends automatically. Nothing on this site requires an account, and no page asks for card numbers, passwords or credentials.
Noor Digital does not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website, and does not ask for data of a special nature - health, religious or political information - for any service it sells.
Noor Digital collects personal data to do the thing you got in touch about: answer an enquiry, quote, deliver a project, register a domain, invoice, and support the work afterwards. Under Law No. 13 of 2016 the purpose has to be specific and stated, and data cannot quietly be reused later for something else.
Marketing is separate and consent-based. Noor Digital does not add enquiry addresses to a mailing list automatically, and consent can be withdrawn at any point without affecting work in progress.
Where website measurement runs, it is used to see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, in aggregate rather than by name. This paragraph names the measurement tools in use on noor.qa, and is changed when one is added: at the time of the last update, none.
Noor Digital uses service providers to run the business - hosting, email, accounting, and whichever platform a project sits on. They process data on Noor Digital's instructions and for that purpose only. Noor Digital does not sell personal data, trade contact lists, or pass enquiry details to other agencies.
Some providers store data outside Qatar, which the law permits subject to conditions on the protection that data receives. Where a project requires data to stay inside the country, Noor Digital hosts it in Qatar and writes that into the scope. Data residency is a standard question in government and bank-adjacent procurement, and it gets answered before signing rather than after.
Data is also disclosed where Qatari law requires it - a lawful request from a competent authority, or an obligation Noor Digital cannot decline. That is the only circumstance in which personal data leaves without instruction.
Noor Digital keeps personal data while there is a reason to, and not indefinitely by default. An enquiry that went nowhere does not need holding for years. A project record does, because accounting and tax obligations in Qatar require business records to be kept for a set period regardless of what either side would prefer.
Ask for your data to be deleted and Noor Digital will delete what it is free to delete, then tell you plainly what has to be kept and why. A deletion request is not refused in silence.
Under Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what personal data is held about you, have inaccurate data corrected, object to processing for direct marketing, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and ask for erasure where nothing obliges Noor Digital to keep the record.
One clarification: this policy covers noor.qa. Websites Noor Digital builds for clients belong to those clients, each with its own privacy policy and its own controller. If you filled in a form on a site Noor Digital built, your request goes to that company rather than to Noor Digital.
Noor Digital uses cookies the site needs in order to work and, where measurement is switched on, cookies that count visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site still functions. Nothing here depends on advertising cookies to display a page.
Noor Digital hosts client websites inside Qatar where the project calls for it, which keeps latency low and keeps the data in country. Some business tools, email and accounting among them, store data abroad - permitted under Law No. 13 of 2016 subject to conditions on how that data is protected.
Yes. Noor Digital deletes personal data on request wherever nothing obliges it to keep the record. Write to [email protected]. Where accounting or contractual obligations require part of a record to be retained, Noor Digital will say which part and for how long.
No. Noor Digital does not sell personal data, share contact lists, or pass enquiry details to other agencies. Service providers such as hosting and email handle data on Noor Digital's instructions for a stated purpose, and are not free to use it for their own.
Noor Digital handles personal data under the laws of the State of Qatar, principally the Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016. Nothing on this page claims an external certification or a completed audit; it is a statement of how Noor Digital works, not a badge.
Noor Digital answers privacy requests at [email protected]. Say what you want - access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent - and expect a written reply from a person once your identity has been confirmed.
