Digital Consulting in Qatar
Noor Digital gives Qatari businesses an independent read on their digital setup: what is working, what to stop paying for, what to build next and in what order. It is advisory work, priced by scope rather than a monthly retainer, and it ends with a written plan you can act on with us or with any other supplier.

01The engagementWhat does a digital consulting engagement with Noor Digital include?
What does a digital consulting engagement with Noor Digital include?
Noor Digital runs a fixed-scope review of everything digital your business already owns, pays for or depends on, then writes a plan for what should change. A typical engagement is a few weeks: interviews, an audit of the accounts and systems, a working session, and a written document.
- We look before we recommend, and at what you already pay for
- A domain nobody can log in to; three overlapping subscriptions
- A Google Business Profile pointing at an address you left two years ago
- This is advice, not delivery; the build is quoted separately
02Advice before deliveryWhy take advice from a company that also builds websites and runs campaigns?
Why take advice from a company that also builds websites and runs campaigns?
Noor Digital gets asked this by most consulting clients, and it is the right question to put to every consultant in Doha, including us. The engagement is priced and paid as advice: it does not convert into a retainer and is not discounted against future work.
- If the plan says stay with your current agency, it says so
- A consultancy that never built anything gives strategy nobody can cost
- And how long a data migration really runs, because we have run them
- We will not review our own work and call it independent
03What we reviewWhat does Noor Digital actually review?
What does Noor Digital actually review?
Noor Digital reviews the things that cost money, carry risk, or block the next decision. The review is only as good as what we can see, so we ask for read-only access for named staff at the start, removed when the engagement ends.
- The website: platform, who can change it, load speed, real Arabic
- Domain, hosting and email, including staff who left but kept access
- Advertising spend, what it is measured on, double-counted conversions
- Personal data you collect and keep, under Law No. 13 of 2016
- In-Country Value evidence coming out of a system, not a folder
04The plan you keepWhat do I get at the end, and who owns it?
What do I get at the end, and who owns it?
Noor Digital delivers a written document you own outright, in English or Arabic. It states what we found, what it is costing you, what to change, in what order, and what each change depends on. It is written for a managing director, not a technical audience.
- The questions to put to any supplier quoting on the work
- Two honest Doha website proposals can differ enormously in scope
- One includes Arabic, hosting and maintenance; the other stops at launch
- A working session at your office or ours in West Bay
- Then the engagement is finished; implement it with anyone
05When advice is enoughWhen do I not need a digital consultant?
When do I not need a digital consultant?
Noor Digital turns this work away regularly. If you already know what you want built and simply need it built, hire a builder. Paying for a strategy phase to reach a decision you have already made is waste, and we will say so on the first call.
- One obvious gap, like no Google Business Profile for an Al Wakrah shop
- Fix the gap; a review costs more than the fix
- Doubting your agency usually needs one focused account audit instead
- Consulting earns its price at a fork: two systems, a rebuild, a second branch
- Or a procurement requirement the business cannot currently answer
Questions about Digital Consulting in Qatar
01What is digital consulting?
Noor Digital defines digital consulting as paid, independent advice on what a business should build, keep, stop or change online, delivered as a written plan. It covers review and recommendation. Carrying the recommendation out is separate work with its own scope, and it does not have to be done by us.
02How is consulting different from digital transformation?
Noor Digital treats consulting as the decision and transformation as the programme. Consulting reviews the current setup and produces a sequenced plan in a few weeks. Digital transformation is the phased delivery of that plan - systems chosen, data migrated, staff trained - and runs over months.
03Do I have to hire Noor Digital to do the work afterwards?
No. Noor Digital prices the review as advice, and the document is written so any supplier can quote against it. You can take the plan to an agency you already use, or run parts of it in house. If the plan says keep your current supplier, it says so.
04How long does a consulting engagement take?
Noor Digital completes most reviews in a few weeks from the day account access is granted. Interviews and the audit run in parallel, then there is a working session and the written plan. Waiting on access to advertising, analytics or hosting accounts is the usual delay, so we request it first.
05How much does digital consulting cost in Qatar?
Noor Digital prices each engagement by scope before it starts, so the figure is fixed in writing. What moves it: how many accounts and systems are in scope, how many people we interview, whether the plan is needed in Arabic as well as English, and how many sites the business runs. Ask for a quotation.
06Can you review work another agency did?
Yes. Noor Digital reviews websites, advertising accounts and systems built by other suppliers, and reports what we find without softening it. That is most of this service. Where Noor Digital built the thing under review, we declare it in the document rather than presenting our own work as an independent finding.

Bring us the goal. We will map the work.
