Real Estate Software in Qatar

Noor Digital supplies property software to real estate companies in Qatar, configuring a ready-made product where one fits and building a custom web application where it does not: one place for the units you sell or manage, the listings you publish, the leads they produce and the commission owed at closing. It replaces the shared spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group.

01
From unit to transaction

Should you buy a ready-made product or have one built?

Noor Digital answers this the same way each time: buy where a product fits, build only where it does not. Ready-made property software is cheaper to start and supportable by more than one company. Custom software earns its cost when your way of working is genuinely different.

  • A developer selling its own units with a reservation and payment schedule
  • A company managing owned and brokered property under one roof
  • An agency whose leads arrive from somewhere no product supports
  • Builds are web applications, hosted where you choose, with exportable data and documented code
  • Noor Digital has built custom web applications for Qatar businesses since 2016
02
Listings and lead capture

What should real estate software do for a Qatar agency?

Noor Digital builds around four jobs: hold the property inventory accurately, publish listings without retyping, capture and route every enquiry, and calculate what is owed when a deal closes. The usual arrangement - a shared spreadsheet, a portal login and a WhatsApp group - does all four badly.

  • In a Lusail tower an agency holds dozens of units at once
  • Split across files, two agents show the same apartment that afternoon
  • A unit is photographed once and then described five different ways
  • Entering it once removes the typing and the contradictions
  • An unanswered enquiry is the cheapest lost deal in the business
03
Commission logic

How do listings and portal leads reach one system?

Noor Digital sets up the listing feed and the enquiry route as one piece of work, because publishing without capture only moves the problem. Listings export to your website and to each portal in the format it accepts, and enquiries come back attached to the property, stamped with their source.

  • Each portal has its own fields and rules on duplicate listings
  • Feeds are built per portal and then maintained, not flicked on
  • Where no feed exists, a disciplined manual process is the alternative
  • Leads must reach the right agent in minutes, usually on WhatsApp
  • Origin on every lead lets you judge each portal at renewal
04
Rentals and renewals

How is commission handled?

Noor Digital configures the commission rules so the calculation happens when a deal is marked closed, rather than in a spreadsheet at month end. The rules cover the agency's share, the split between listing and selling agent, any outside referral, and the point at which the amount becomes payable.

  • Sales and rentals calculate on different bases, transaction against annual rent
  • Deals shared by two agents need a split; brokers need a third line
  • Some agencies pay on signature, others on receipt of funds
  • Agents see their own pipeline value without interrupting finance
  • Finance gets a payable tied to a closed deal, not a memory
05
Buy or build

What about rentals, renewals and owner reporting?

Noor Digital treats rental management as a separate track from sales, because the work is genuinely different. A rental portfolio is a calendar: contract start and end dates, renewal notices, collection dates, cheque tracking, maintenance requests and the inspection at the end of a tenancy.

  • A lease expiring unnoticed becomes a vacancy; renewals raised ninety days ahead
  • Summer vacancies in a Doha villa compound run for weeks
  • Owners abroad want collections, maintenance spend and arrears without telephoning
  • Tenant files hold Qatar IDs, passports and signed contracts
  • Kept behind individual logins under Qatar's data protection law, Law No. 13 of 2016

Questions about Real Estate Software in Qatar

Ask us directly
01

Can the software publish listings to property portals?

Yes, where the portal supports a feed. Noor Digital builds and maintains the export for each portal you advertise on, in the format it accepts, so a unit is described once. Where no feed exists we set up a disciplined manual process instead, and we tell you which portals fall into which group before you commit.

02

Does it work in Arabic?

Noor Digital runs the system in Arabic and English in both directions: two descriptions held against each unit, and owner and tenant names stored exactly as the title deed and Qatar ID spell them, so the same buyer does not end up in the system twice under two spellings.

03

Can agents use it on a phone during a viewing?

Yes. Noor Digital specifies systems that work properly on a phone, because an agent standing in a Lusail apartment needs the asking figure, the availability and the last viewing note at that moment, not back at the office. Feedback recorded at the door gets recorded. Feedback promised for later usually does not.

04

How is client and tenant data protected?

Noor Digital gives every agent a named login and a permission level, so a document is opened by a person rather than by an office. The two questions nobody asks until an audit are how long tenant files are kept after a tenancy ends, and what happens to an agent's access on his last day.

05

How long does implementation take, and who supports it afterwards?

Noor Digital implements in stages - inventory and listings first, leads and commission next, rentals where needed - with the dates for each written into the quotation rather than estimated in conversation. After go-live the same Doha team that configured the system supports it under an arrangement agreed in the same quotation, with a named contact.

06

What changes the cost of real estate software?

Noor Digital prices from a written scope before starting. The variables: whether you configure a product or have one built, how the product is licensed (per user or per company, and whether that recurs), how many portals need feeds, whether rentals sit alongside sales, the agent count, and whether Arabic runs throughout. Those answers put a firm number in writing.
