WHAT IS INCLUDED

Built around the way your business works.

Open an item for the practical details.

01

Bilingual by default

English and Arabic on the same build, with genuine right-to-left layout rather than a mirrored stylesheet.

02

Designed on mobile first

Most Qatari traffic arrives on a phone, so the phone layout is designed first.

03

A CMS your team can use

Edit text, images and pages without calling us. Training is part of handover, not an extra.

04

Designed to produce enquiries

Each page laid out around the enquiry it must produce - WhatsApp, call or form.

05

Search-ready structure

One H1 per page, clean URLs, structured data and a sitemap - so it ranks.

06

Hosting, SSL and support

Qatari hosting, certificate, backups and a named person to call when something breaks.

Send us the requirement. You get a written scope and a price.

No obligation, and no call-back before you have asked for one.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

01
The website essentials

What does Noor Digital's web design service include?

Noor Digital delivers a complete website, not a design file: design, build, content structure, the Arabic version, hosting, the certificate and handover training. Work starts with a scoping session at our West Bay office or over a call.

  • The agreed page list becomes the quotation, and it does not move
  • Phone layout first, never a 27-inch design squeezed down
  • Hand-coded on a CMS - builder bloat costs your Core Web Vitals
  • Designed from the device split in your own analytics, not guesswork
02
Arabic and English

Where does Noor Digital work, and who has it built for?

Noor Digital has worked from Doha since 2016, across more than 500 Qatari companies. Clients include Qatar Central Bank, Shell, Nestlé, Visa and Gulf Times, alongside single-branch businesses in Lusail and Al Wakrah.

  • Procurement asks for the In-Country Value certificate before the portfolio
  • ICV is scored in tender evaluation at government entities and banks
  • The same designers work on both ends of that range
03
From brief to launch

How does Noor Digital handle Arabic and English on one site?

Noor Digital builds the Arabic version as a first-class version of the site, not a translation layer bolted on at the end. Right-to-left mirrors the whole layout: navigation, spacing, icons, form fields and tables.

  • Arabic needs its own typeface and line height, not Latin glyphs
  • Machine-translated Arabic is obvious within a sentence and costs credibility
  • We check your own data before recommending a second language
04
After launch

How does a project run, and what do you need from us?

A standard business website runs three to four weeks from the day content is agreed. The build is rarely the bottleneck - text, photography and the approval chain hold projects up, so we schedule those at kickoff.

  • A single approver for design and content
  • Your text, or a decision to have us write it
  • Photography, or a shoot - stock imagery is visible
  • Access to your existing domain and hosting
05
A team in your market

What happens to the site after it launches?

Noor Digital hosts sites in Qatar, which keeps latency low and the data in country - a question in most government and bank-adjacent procurement. Hosting includes the SSL certificate, daily backups and monitoring.

  • Forms set up against Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law No. 13
  • Your privacy notice must match what the forms actually store
  • You own the site, domain, code and content

Questions about Web Design Company in Qatar

Ask us directly
01

How much will our website cost?

Noor Digital quotes every website against a written page list rather than a rate card. Page count, one language or two, template or custom design, selling online, integrations and who writes the content decide the figure, and all six are settled before you are quoted. Send the page list and a fixed quotation comes back against it.

02

How long does it take to build a website in Qatar?

Noor Digital delivers a standard business website in three to four weeks once content is signed off. Larger bilingual or e-commerce builds run longer. The slowest part is almost always waiting on text, photography and approvals from your side, not the build itself.

03

Do you build websites in Arabic?

Yes. Noor Digital builds Arabic and English on one site with real right-to-left layout: mirrored spacing, icons and form fields, and Arabic typography chosen for screen reading. A translated page dropped into a left-to-right template is not an Arabic website, and Qatari readers notice immediately.

04

Who owns the website, the domain and the code after launch?

Noor Digital builds the site to be yours. The domain and hosting are registered in your company's name from day one, and the source files, design files and content management logins are handed over at launch. If you move to another agency later, everything goes with you and there is no exit fee.

05

Do you provide the .qa domain and hosting as well?

Yes. Noor Digital registers .qa and .com.qa domains in your company's name, under Communications Regulatory Authority rules, and hosts the site in Qatar with SSL, daily backups and business email. If you ever leave, the registration and the hosting move with you, with nothing to unpick first.

06

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. Noor Digital hands over a content management system your team can actually use, with training included. You can change text, swap images and add pages without a developer. Structural changes and new templates still come back to us, and that is usually what you want.
