AI Automation in Qatar
Noor Digital automates the repetitive work inside a Qatari company - enquiry triage, quotation drafting, follow-up messages, invoice data entry and weekly reporting - with AI workflows that run every day without anyone remembering to start them. We map the process first, automate only the part that repeats, and leave the judgement with your team.

01Work worth automatingWhat can AI automation actually do in a Qatari business?
What can AI automation actually do in a Qatari business?
Noor Digital automates work that repeats: the same enquiry answered forty times a week, figures copied from a PDF into a spreadsheet, a quotation rebuilt from last month's. Automation belongs where a task is frequent, rule-shaped and dull.
- Reading email and WhatsApp in Doha offices, tagging and routing
- Drafting quotations from a rate card and the customer record
- Extracting supplier invoice fields and posting them to accounting
- Assembling a weekly report from three systems that do not talk
- In Ramadan, shorter hours and steady enquiries drop follow-ups first
02Choose the first processHow does Noor Digital decide what to automate first?
How does Noor Digital decide what to automate first?
Noor Digital starts with a process map, not a tool. We sit with the people doing the work, usually half a day at your office, and write down every step of two or three processes, including the ones that exist only in someone's head.
- Each step scored on frequency, duration and cost when it fails
- First build: high on all three, touching the fewest systems
- Some steps should be deleted, not automated, and we say which
- Output is a short document you can act on with anyone
03Arabic in daily useDoes AI automation work in Arabic?
Does AI automation work in Arabic?
Yes, with testing. Noor Digital builds automations that read and write Arabic, because the enquiry arrives in Arabic on WhatsApp, the reply has to go back in Arabic, and the record has to be searchable in both languages afterwards.
- Gulf dialect and voice notes are not Modern Standard Arabic
- Mixed input is normal: Arabic typed in Latin letters, English product names
- Tested on a sample of your real messages before going live
- Confidence thresholds set low for Arabic; first runs reviewed by a person
04Data and permissionsWhere does our data go, and is this allowed under Qatari law?
Where does our data go, and is this allowed under Qatari law?
Noor Digital treats this as the first design question rather than a compliance box at the end. Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016, covers personal data about customers, staff and applicants, whether processing happens in West Bay or inside a model hosted abroad.
- Personal data masked before reaching a general-purpose model
- Records stay in your systems; the automation reads, never copies
- Sensitive steps run on models that do not retain input
- Every run logged, and access granted by role
- If the data would have to move somewhere uncomfortable, we decline
05Scope, time and costHow long does an automation take, and what does it cost?
How long does an automation take, and what does it cost?
Noor Digital builds a first automation in weeks rather than months, and the mapping is usually the longest part. A programme covering several processes is built in order, with one workflow running unattended through a full cycle before the next is started.
- Price moves on process count and how many systems each touches
- Whether those systems offer an API or need a workaround
- Whether we keep running it or hand it to your team
- Licences stay separate and in your name
- A process running twice a month is rarely worth automating
Questions about AI Automation in Qatar
01What is AI automation?
Noor Digital defines AI automation as a workflow that carries a repetitive business task from start to finish on its own, using an AI model for the parts that need reading, writing or classifying. It runs on a schedule or on a trigger, keeps a log, and stops for a human where judgement is needed.
02Can AI answer our WhatsApp enquiries in Qatar?
Yes. Noor Digital builds WhatsApp workflows that read an incoming message in Arabic or English, answer routine questions, capture the details into your CRM and hand anything unusual to a person. The handover rule is agreed with you first, because a confident wrong answer damages more than a delay.
03Do we need to replace our current software?
No. Noor Digital builds automations around the systems you already run - Odoo and other ERP, accounting, CRM and POS systems, your email and WhatsApp Business - and only recommends replacing something when it has no way to send or receive data at all. Replacing a working system to make an automation easier is the wrong trade.
04Will AI automation replace our staff?
Noor Digital has not seen that outcome in a Qatari SME, where teams are already stretched. What changes is what people spend the day on: less copying between systems and chasing unanswered enquiries, more customer contact. If a role is entirely data entry, that conversation belongs to you, not to the software.
05How much does AI automation cost in Qatar?
Noor Digital prices each automation by scope after the process mapping, in writing, before building. It moves on how many processes are in scope, how many systems each touches, whether they have an API, and whether we keep running it afterwards. Email the requirement to [email protected] or send it on WhatsApp; the first reply names what we would map first.
06Where does our data go, and is AI automation allowed under Qatar's PDPL?
Noor Digital keeps personal data inside the systems you already control. Names, numbers and IDs are masked before anything reaches a general-purpose model, sensitive steps run on models that do not retain input, and every run is logged. Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016, is treated as the design brief, not a box ticked afterwards.
